What size should I get?

If you know your size and it fits you perfectly, go with that!

For extra clarity, you can always check the size chart on the product page before making your purchase.


Can your apparel be worn by men and women?

Yes! All our apparel is unisex and fits true to size.


Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! We’re working on offering international shipping with flexible pricing—stay tuned!


When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days, and you should receive it in 2-3 days. If there are external delays (end year season), it may take an extra 2–7 days. We’ll keep you updated!


How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll get an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details. Just a heads-up—it may take a day or two for the tracking info to update.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t make changes or cancellations. That includes size, color, or personal details like your address. Please double-check everything before completing your purchase!


What happens if my order is returned because of an incorrect address?

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll issue a refund as a gift card. However, the shipping cost and a $7 processing fee will be deducted. Double-check your address to avoid this!


What’s your return & exchange policy?

We don’t offer exchanges or general returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or doesn’t match the pictures, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for free. Just let us know, and we’ll make it right!
